Brendon’s journey to transplantation was a long journey, indeed, and it is not your “typical” kidney-liver candidate story.

Because of one choice to donate I have the ability to watch my children grow up.

I am able to share my story because of organ donors and their families who decided to give the gift of life in their saddest hours.

My mom and I have always had a special relationship. We share the same smile, sense of humor, and nowadays, we share the same liver.
