As of March 2023, I am almost eight months post op and I am so grateful to both of my donors and their families.
I am very grateful and appreciative for a second chance to get it right.
A lot of my friends call me Smiley.
It’s amazing what a single heredity disease can do and all the implications and effects it can have on a family’s history.
You don’t have to donate a kidney to make the world a better place, it can be so much simpler than that but if you do decide to donate, those ripples can reach far and wide.
I thank God for the man that gave me this kidney, it has been more than a blessing.
