Yoga has been shown to reduce stress, while improving flexibility, muscle stamina and a sense of well-being. It’s also benefited kidney recipient, Nita Patel. Since her transplant, Nita started practicing yoga, and even opened her own yoga studio. She also enjoys traveling, scuba diving and mountain climbing.
